Description:A bit of a quirky one! This village house is actually in two parts. It is located in a small hamlet close to Carcabuey in the heart of the Subbética Natural Park amidst spectacular scenery.The principal living area, over two storeys, consists of on the gound floor, lounge/diner, bathroom and bedroom. The first floor has two more bedrooms. The other building which is located across an access path has, on the ground floor, a kitchen, pantry and three other rooms for conversion. The first floor has one other room. In our opinion you could flatten the second building to create a pool area with terrace. |
