Description:This house just oozes character and the views are incredible. Located close to Rute with reasonable access (although you will require a 4x4) the plot is predominantly olives and the cobbled terrace is covered with vines to keep you cool in summer.The house does require some comforts installing and is built over two storeys. The ground floor has a large lounge/diner with feature fireplace, two bedrooms, kitchen and pantry. The first floor has five more rooms for conversion. There is a good sized patio to the side of the house and this has a B.B.Q. area. T the plot has more than enough room for a swimming pool and it has its own well water but you will require solar panels for which you should get a grant. In our opinion, this lovely property is excellent value for the money. |
