| Description: An older style, rustic cortijo which requires reform and which is located close to a large village which has facilities and is approx 20 km from the busy town of Martos. Access is by a steep hard cored track with parking at the top. Built over two storeys, the ground floor has a small lounge, three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and shower room. The first floor has another seven rooms all in differing states of repair. Detached from the main house there are another two buildings for conversion. Water is by private well. There are far reaching views and a lake is very close if you want to swim or fish. |
